ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you continue to order from this website, you are bound by and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
Orders aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. You will be updated when your order dispatches. Initially orders will only be shipped to customers in England, Scotland, Wales or the island of Ireland.
All goods are presented and sold in good faith and you accept all risk in using these products. Pictures of items are for guidance only and in some instances colours and packaging may vary slightly but the aim is to keep the website as accurate as possible. Grá Ultana Ltd aims for high-quality products.
When you place your order you are agreeing to buy the items from Grá Ultana Ltd. You understand that the item is non-returnable for hygiene reasons and have ensured that you have read about the item(s) online before purchase to ensure that it meets your requirements.
Items purchased cannot be resold. If you wish to retail the items please email info@graultana.ie for further information.
Online payment is via paypal.
Postage and packaging costs are displayed during any purchase. You may arrange to collect an order if you are prepared to arrange a date and time and collect it from the town of Omagh, Co. Tyrone. An order collected will not incur postage and packaging costs.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The company will do its best to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time you place your order. If a pricing error is discovered you will be contacted as soon as possible and will have the choice to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you choose to cancel, you will be refunded in full for the item which has been cancelled.
Stock levels are kept as accurately as possible on the website. However, if an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be contacted by email or phone as soon as possible. You will have the option of a refund or to wait until the item comes back into stock (this depends on whether the item will be available again).
